COVID-19 and Modified Business Operations

As a valued customer of Avure Technologies, we would like to inform you of the actions and preventive measures we have put into place in order to manage both our business and our important customer relationships through the rising safety and logistical challenges presented by the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Avure remains focused on the needs of our customers, making every effort to continue to deliver and support our products to the extent it is legally permitted and safe for both our customers and our own employees.

We are observing U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local government recommended protocols regarding travel, self-quarantines, and managing access to our facilities in order to support worldwide efforts to contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Avure is communicating frequently with employees to provide guidance on what they can do to minimize their risk of infection, how to recognize symptoms of an infection, and what to do if they suspect they may be infected. Where it is deemed appropriate and/or necessary, we are also providing employees with the flexibility to follow medical advice, self-quarantine, and work remotely to responsibly manage the risk of spreading the infection to others.

We have communicated with our supply chain partners and do not anticipate issues with parts shortages and key components and supplies while recognizing this situation is fluid and may change in the future. We will stay connected with you through this challenging period.

We also want to inform you of several key items as we work together to meet our business demands while managing increasing risk:

  • 24/7 Remote Support – we have expanded our capacity for remote technical phone support so you will have 24/7 access to Service Techs who can assist your onsite maintenance team with troubleshooting and diagnosing issues. If you have any concerns regarding service support, please call our Service Hotline at +1-614-441-9650.
  • Travel Delays – we appreciate your understanding of and cooperation with working around any travel delays or restrictions resulting from containment actions taken by airports and/or other modes of transportation.
  • Spare Parts – we are still fully equipped to dispatch both stock and manufactured spare parts on standard lead times, but delivery times will be subject to any shipping delays outside of our control.

We know that you are facing the same challenges in your business, and we want to assure you that Avure remains committed to providing the same high level of service you’ve come to expect from us. We are grateful to serve the strong food industry during these uncertain times and proud that HPP enables food safety by inactivating pathogens and extends shelf life thus reducing spoilage.
